Strawberry Basket vol.2

Is Japan's consumer price rising? Nevertheless media report that it's far lower than the 2% inflation rate par year which Japan's central bank aimed at?
But think about it. Is there anything which decrease the price around you after the current Japan's administration got the power? Whatever food or service, rise the price as if they get full permission for rising the price from the government while they lessen both quality and quantity. In the black box of overprinted plastic bag, snacks are lessen furtively. It's strange that Japanese people doesn't have any doubt on it. Well, the younger may not know how is the inflation in good economy. But you, who lived in Japan's bubbling economy with me once, may know it (LoL)
I heard the consumer price index is calculated on selected samples.Hummm interesting. It's worth to study what kind of products are selected as the sample.

Japanese government says the economy is now completely recovered from depression. Meanwhile, they say Japan still in the deflation. There is a logical gap between the both statements. If the economy recovers without inflation, the inflation target theory itself would be wrong.
Because the bank of Japan settled 2% inflation target, the governor of the bank has been postpone the attainment date again and again. Once I was sorry for him. However one day I wondered if the government control the consumer price index by choosing samples suite themselves. The 2% inflation target will not accomplished forever. And the governor may know it.
So the government may say the reason for declining consumption is all from people's deflation mind.

The target will not be able to accomplished during his term of office. In another words, the governor of central bank doesn't need to do a tapering operation of the monetary ease. Apparently, it's a very work all central banks in EU and US agonize.
Japan's central bank has bought out the national bonds, and even Nikkei 225 stocks, to sustain the Japanese stock price. But how long they will keep on it?
The governor's expiration date is approaching. So how about continuing the role on him? Japan's central bank, which almost loose independence, the government and major companies, I want to see how they'll wrap up the play they made up.

Wow, the story of the Latvia's strawberry ends up to Japanese economy. After all, I bought the strawberries. It's delicious although cheap. Inexpensive tasty food surely grasp the consumer's mind. It stimulates the consumption. Clearly it's wrong that rising the strawberry's price lead the economic recovery. One regrettable thing to me. There weren't my favorite strawberry rice cake in Latvia.
